InsideOut Renovations

About InsideOut Renovations

Based in Steele, AL, InsideOut Renovations works as a hardwood flooring contractor. The business has been operating for 5 years with a team of 2. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include unfinished floors finished on site, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, floating hardwood floors, old carpet removal before install and transition strips and thresholds. InsideOut Renovations is also listed for interior painting.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.
