James superior floors & walls

About James superior floors & walls

James superior floors & walls provides hardwood floor refinishing in Springfield Gardens, NY. A team of 3, the business has been operating for 5 years. Not every floor needs a full sand. Floors with light surface wear can often be buffed and recoated, while deep scratches, gray water damage, or a color change call for sanding to bare wood. Damaged boards may be replaced and blended in before finishing.

Common requests for hardwood floor refinishing include carpet adhesive residue removal, buffing out surface scratches, gap filling between boards, refinishing floors found under old carpet and stain color change. James superior floors & walls is also listed for interior painting, plastering and TV mounting.

Dark pet stains, boards that feel rough underfoot, and a dull finish that cleaning no longer brightens suggest a sand or recoat. Share the square footage of each room, photos of the worn areas, and whether stairs or landings are included in the project. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs.

Besides Springfield Gardens, homeowners in Rosedale, Cambria Heights and Saint Albans can reach out for hardwood floor refinishing. Posted hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include PayPal and Zelle. To get started, send James superior floors & walls a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
