About Jarod Terry

Jarod Terry provides handyman work in Southern Pines, NC. It has been in business for 5 years. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

Typical jobs for handyman work in Southern Pines include furniture assembly, cabinet hardware replacement, fixing sticky drawers, hanging shelves and mirrors and loose door hinge repair. Jarod Terry is also listed for fitness equipment assembly, furniture assembly, junk removal and TV mounting.

Moving in, preparing a home for sale, or getting ready for holiday guests often surfaces loose fixtures, scuffed walls, dripping caulk lines, and doors that stick. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.
