About Jeff's Custom Tile, Inc.

Jeff's Custom Tile, Inc. provides tile installation in Yorktown, VA. The business has been operating for 43 years. Good tile starts under the surface. In wet areas, the installer uses cement backer board and a waterproofing layer before setting any tile. On floors, the base is checked for flex and flatness so tiles and grout lines do not crack later, and large-format tile gets extra attention to lippage.

Common requests for tile installation include fireplace surrounds, regrouting, shower niche installation, kitchen backsplashes and tile over cement backer board. Jeff's Custom Tile, Inc. is also listed for countertop installation, handyman and interior painting.

Cracked or loose tiles, crumbling grout, or water getting behind a shower wall are signs that tile needs repair or replacement before the damage spreads. Mention whether tile is already purchased, the planned height of wall tile, and whether the floor is a concrete slab or wood framing. Showers and mosaics take more time than open floors. Natural stone sealing, custom niches, and many cuts around fixtures and outlets raise the price.

Besides Yorktown, homeowners in Poquoson, Hampton and Gloucester can reach out for tile installation. Accepted payment methods include Cash and Check. To get started, send Jeff's Custom Tile, Inc. a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
