About Jeronimo carpet

Jeronimo carpet is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Edison, NJ. The business has been operating for 16 years with a team of 2. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Edison include engineered hardwood over concrete, subfloor leveling, baseboard and shoe molding reinstall, stair tread and riser installation and nail-down floors over plywood subfloors. Jeronimo carpet is also listed for carpet installation.

Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Besides Edison, homeowners in Highland Park, Metuchen and New Brunswick can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, PayPal and Zelle. To get started, send Jeronimo carpet a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
