Jinxie

About Jinxie

Jinxie is a house cleaner serving San Francisco, CA. The business has been operating for 6 years with a team of 3. On a typical visit, the cleaner walks through the home first to confirm priorities and any rooms to skip. Supplies and equipment usually come with the cleaner, though homeowners can request specific products for sensitive surfaces or allergies. The result is a home where the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are clean and open surfaces are dusted.

Typical jobs for house cleaning in San Francisco include recurring weekly cleaning, floor vacuuming and mopping, kitchen degreasing, move-in cleans and baseboard and trim wiping. Jinxie is also listed for commercial cleaning and handyman.

Hosting guests, preparing a house for sale, or getting a security deposit back at move-out are frequent reasons homeowners schedule a one-time cleaning. Mention any extras wanted, such as inside the oven, inside the fridge, or interior windows, and note whether the clean is one-time or recurring. Recurring schedules, add-on tasks like inside appliances, pet hair, and move-out conditions all change the amount of time required, which is the main driver of the quote.

Customers in San Francisco and nearby areas such as Brisbane, South San Francisco and Daly City can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Credit card, PayPal and Square cash app. To get started, send Jinxie a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
