About Johnny's Hardwood Floor Service, LLC

Johnny's Hardwood Floor Service, LLC provides hardwood floor installation in Florence, SC. The business has been operating for 9 years. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Florence include nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, herringbone pattern floors, wide-plank flooring, subfloor leveling and old carpet removal before install. Johnny's Hardwood Floor Service, LLC is also listed for hardwood floor refinishing.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.
