About Jonathan Centeno

Jonathan Centeno provides hardwood floor installation in Grapevine, TX. The business has been operating for 6 years with a team of 5. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Grapevine include herringbone pattern floors, subfloor leveling, solid oak plank installation, engineered hardwood over concrete and stair tread and riser installation. Jonathan Centeno is also listed for exterior painting, hardwood floor refinishing, interior painting and junk removal.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Customers in Grapevine and nearby areas such as Southlake, Colleyville and Coppell can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 11:59 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Zelle. To get started, send Jonathan Centeno a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
