JPM FLOORING

About JPM FLOORING

Based in South Saint Paul, MN, JPM FLOORING works as a hardwood floor installer. A team of 3, the business has been operating for 11 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in South Saint Paul include old carpet removal before install, baseboard and shoe molding reinstall, subfloor leveling, engineered hardwood over concrete and solid oak plank installation. JPM FLOORING is also listed for carpet installation and interior painting.

Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Customers in South Saint Paul and nearby areas such as Newport, Saint Paul Park and Inver Grove Heights can request a quote. To get started, send JPM FLOORING a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
