Julio Tenorio

About Julio Tenorio

Julio Tenorio is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Fountain, CO. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 9 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

On their profile, Julio Tenorio lists install type: laminate, luxury vinyl flooring, engineered hardwood and tile; property type: residential and commercial. Julio Tenorio is also listed for junk removal and pressure washing.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Customers in Fountain and nearby areas such as Pueblo, Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Credit card and Venmo. To get started, send Julio Tenorio a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
