About k&k cleaning

Based in Phoenix, AZ, k&k cleaning works as a house cleaner. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 6 years. Most homes in Phoenix fall into one of two patterns: a one-time deep clean to reset the house, followed by recurring visits that keep it at that level. The first visit usually takes the longest because built-up soap scum, grease, and dust need extra time. Later visits focus on maintenance and move faster.

Typical jobs for house cleaning in Phoenix include ceiling fan and light fixture dusting, floor vacuuming and mopping, bathroom tile and grout scrubbing, move-in cleans and baseboard and trim wiping. k&k cleaning is also listed for carpet cleaning, commercial carpet cleaning, commercial cleaning and floor cleaning.

Soap scum that will not come off the shower glass, dust on ceiling fans, and grease on cabinet fronts are common signs a home is due for a deep clean. Mention any extras wanted, such as inside the oven, inside the fridge, or interior windows, and note whether the clean is one-time or recurring. Price usually depends on home size, the number of bathrooms, the current condition of the house, and whether the job is a deep clean or routine maintenance.

Besides Phoenix, homeowners in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Peoria can reach out for house cleaning. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash and Zelle. To get started, send k&k cleaning a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
