Kel Restore Flooring

About Kel Restore Flooring

Kel Restore Flooring provides hardwood floor installation in Tampa, FL. The business has been operating for 3 years with a team of 2. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Tampa include transition strips and thresholds, subfloor leveling, solid oak plank installation, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors and engineered hardwood over concrete. Kel Restore Flooring is also listed for carpet installation and hardwood floor refinishing.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Share the target timeline, any known squeaks or soft spots, and how rooms connect so transitions to tile, vinyl, or carpet can be planned ahead of time. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.
