KHIT FLOORING

About KHIT FLOORING

Based in Churchville, NY, KHIT FLOORING works as a hardwood floor refinisher. The business has been operating for 16 years with a team of 2. Before any sanding in Churchville, furniture comes out, adjoining rooms are sealed off, and dust containment goes up. After sanding and vacuuming, stain and finish coats go down with drying between each, and the rooms stay off limits until the finish has cured.

Common requests for hardwood floor refinishing include sanding and refinishing oak floors, water-based polyurethane finish, buffing out surface scratches, carpet adhesive residue removal and oil-based polyurethane finish. KHIT FLOORING is also listed for finish carpentry.

Homeowners often refinish when uncovering hardwood under old carpet, changing the floor color, or preparing a house for sale or new occupants. Describe the current finish and color, the look you want, and any boards with deep stains, cracks, or water damage. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs.

Besides Churchville, homeowners in North Chili, Rochester and Spencerport can reach out for hardwood floor refinishing. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit card, PayPal and Venmo. To get started, send KHIT FLOORING a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
