About Kings and co.

Kings and co. is a house cleaning service serving Atlanta, GA. A team of 4, the business has been operating for 6 years. A standard house cleaning covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, working from high surfaces down to the floors so dust does not resettle on finished areas. Counters, sinks, toilets, tubs, mirrors, and appliance fronts are wiped and sanitized, and floors are vacuumed and mopped. Deep cleans add detail work like baseboards, cabinet fronts, and inside appliances.

Common requests for house cleaning include shower glass descaling, bathroom tile and grout scrubbing, inside oven cleaning, move-in cleans and baseboard and trim wiping. Kings and co. is also listed for gutter repair, pressure washing and window cleaning.

Hosting guests, preparing a house for sale, or getting a security deposit back at move-out are frequent reasons homeowners schedule a one-time cleaning. Mention any extras wanted, such as inside the oven, inside the fridge, or interior windows, and note whether the clean is one-time or recurring. Recurring schedules, add-on tasks like inside appliances, pet hair, and move-out conditions all change the amount of time required, which is the main driver of the quote.

Customers in Atlanta and nearby areas such as Avondale Estates, Scottdale and Clarkston can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday. To get started, send Kings and co. a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
