Knight's Flooring

About Knight's Flooring

Based in Lebanon, PA, Knight's Flooring works as a hardwood flooring contractor. A team of 3, the business has been operating for 5 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include herringbone pattern floors, unfinished floors finished on site, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, subfloor leveling and stair tread and riser installation.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Share the target timeline, any known squeaks or soft spots, and how rooms connect so transitions to tile, vinyl, or carpet can be planned ahead of time. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.
