Kronos Construction And Remodeling

About Kronos Construction And Remodeling

Based in Lake Saint Louis, MO, Kronos Construction And Remodeling works as a hardwood flooring contractor. A team of 6, the business has been operating for 2 years. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, unfinished floors finished on site, floating hardwood floors, stair tread and riser installation and old carpet removal before install.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Customers in Lake Saint Louis and nearby areas such as Wentzville, O Fallon and Saint Peters can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Zelle. Request a quote from Kronos Construction And Remodeling on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
