L & K Properties

About L & K Properties

Based in Hot Springs National Park, AR, L & K Properties works as a hardwood flooring contractor. The business has been operating for 24 years with a team of 5. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include old carpet removal before install, transition strips and thresholds, solid oak plank installation, unfinished floors finished on site and subfloor leveling. L & K Properties is also listed for carpet installation, door repair, exterior painting and handyman.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Customers in Hot Springs National Park and nearby areas such as Hot Springs Village, Malvern and Lonsdale can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit card, PayPal and Square cash app. Request a quote from L & K Properties on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
