Lan's Floor Care

About Lan's Floor Care

Lan's Floor Care is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Randolph, MA. The business has been operating for 20 years with a team of 4. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include stair tread and riser installation, old carpet removal before install, floating hardwood floors, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors and wide-plank flooring. Lan's Floor Care is also listed for hardwood floor refinishing.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Share the target timeline, any known squeaks or soft spots, and how rooms connect so transitions to tile, vinyl, or carpet can be planned ahead of time. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Besides Randolph, homeowners in Braintree, Avon and Canton can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Lan's Floor Care a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
