Lazo Construction

About Lazo Construction

Based in Islip, NY, Lazo Construction works as a handyman service. A team of 4, the business has been operating for 6 years. Most handyman calls start with a quick walkthrough of the task list, followed by a check of the tools and materials each item needs. Jobs are then worked in a sensible order, with dust control and cleanup at the end, leaving the homeowner with finished repairs instead of half-done weekend projects.

On their profile, Lazo Construction lists project type: repairs, installation, maintenance, assembly and painting; estimated hours: less than 2 hours of work, 2-5 hours of work and a full day of work; work focus: doors, windows, interior walls, exterior walls and gutters; property type: residential and commercial. Lazo Construction is also listed for interior painting and TV mounting.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Besides Islip, homeowners in East Islip, Bay Shore and Bayshore can reach out for handyman work. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Request a quote from Lazo Construction on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
