Lee Lapid Housekeeping

About Lee Lapid Housekeeping

Lee Lapid Housekeeping provides house cleaning in Marathon, FL. The business has been operating for 16 years with a team of 2. On a typical visit, the cleaner walks through the home first to confirm priorities and any rooms to skip. Supplies and equipment usually come with the cleaner, though homeowners can request specific products for sensitive surfaces or allergies. The result is a home where the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are clean and open surfaces are dusted.

Common requests for house cleaning include ceiling fan and light fixture dusting, biweekly maintenance cleaning, floor vacuuming and mopping, move-in cleans and interior window sill cleaning. Lee Lapid Housekeeping is also listed for commercial carpet cleaning, commercial cleaning, pressure washing and window cleaning.

Busy work schedules, a new baby, or a move often leave little time for scrubbing bathrooms and floors, which is when many households start booking regular cleaning. Explain how the cleaner will get in, where to park, and whether anyone will be home, plus any surfaces like marble or hardwood that need specific products. Recurring schedules, add-on tasks like inside appliances, pet hair, and move-out conditions all change the amount of time required, which is the main driver of the quote.

Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit card, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Lee Lapid Housekeeping a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
