LeSure Apex Construction and Maintenance

About LeSure Apex Construction and Maintenance

Based in Mount Pleasant, MI, LeSure Apex Construction and Maintenance works as a handyman service. A team of 5, the business has been operating for 14 years. Most handyman calls start with a quick walkthrough of the task list, followed by a check of the tools and materials each item needs. Jobs are then worked in a sensible order, with dust control and cleanup at the end, leaving the homeowner with finished repairs instead of half-done weekend projects.

Typical jobs for handyman work in Mount Pleasant include fixing sticky drawers, mounting televisions, small fence board repairs, weatherstripping doors and furniture assembly. LeSure Apex Construction and Maintenance is also listed for cabinet installation, dishwasher installation, door repair and exterior painting.

Moving in, preparing a home for sale, or getting ready for holiday guests often surfaces loose fixtures, scuffed walls, dripping caulk lines, and doors that stick. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Besides Mount Pleasant, homeowners in Shepherd, Riverdale and Saint Louis can reach out for handyman work. Posted hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash and Venmo. Request a quote from LeSure Apex Construction and Maintenance on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
