About Lewis Lee Remodeling

Based in Conway, AR, Lewis Lee Remodeling works as a hardwood flooring contractor. The business has been operating for 20 years. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include wide-plank flooring, subfloor leveling, stair tread and riser installation, herringbone pattern floors and old carpet removal before install. Lewis Lee Remodeling is also listed for exterior painting, handyman, interior painting and window installation.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Customers in Conway and nearby areas such as Mayflower, Plumerville and Roland can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash. Request a quote from Lewis Lee Remodeling on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
