About LEX Construction | Home Improvement and Renovation

LEX Construction | Home Improvement and Renovation provides handyman work in Brooklyn, NY. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 4 years. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

Common requests for handyman work include fixing sticky drawers, weatherstripping doors, grab bar installation, loose door hinge repair and mounting televisions. LEX Construction | Home Improvement and Renovation is also listed for furniture assembly, interior painting and TV mounting.

Doors that will not close, dents in drywall, peeling bathroom caulk, and shelves that wobble under weight are typical triggers for a general repair call. Mention whether parts such as light fixtures, shelves, curtain rods, or cabinet hardware are already purchased or will need to be picked up before the visit. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Besides Brooklyn, homeowners in Staten Island, Rockaway Park and Manhattan can reach out for handyman work. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Credit card, Google Pay, PayPal and Samsung Pay. To get started, send LEX Construction | Home Improvement and Renovation a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
