About LM Fresh Floors

Based in Marietta, GA, LM Fresh Floors works as a hardwood flooring contractor. The business has been operating for 6 years with a team of 2. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Marietta include solid oak plank installation, stair tread and riser installation, engineered hardwood over concrete, subfloor leveling and herringbone pattern floors. LM Fresh Floors is also listed for carpet installation, exterior painting, handyman and hardwood floor refinishing.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.
