Lonnie Jordan

About Lonnie Jordan

Lonnie Jordan is a handyman service serving Platte City, MO. A team of 3, the business has been operating for 16 years. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

Typical jobs for handyman work in Platte City include small fence board repairs, cabinet hardware replacement, hanging shelves and mirrors, baseboard and trim touch-ups and ceiling fan swaps. Lonnie Jordan is also listed for dishwasher installation, door repair, fitness equipment assembly and furniture assembly.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.

Customers in Platte City and nearby areas such as Smithville, Riverside and Kearney can request a quote. To get started, send Lonnie Jordan a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
