About Lucas Contracting

Lucas Contracting is a handyman service serving Williamsport, PA. It has been in business for 5 years. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

Common requests for handyman work include grab bar installation, drywall patching, small fence board repairs, baseboard and trim touch-ups and replacing light fixtures. Lucas Contracting is also listed for cabinet installation, door repair, finish carpentry and furniture assembly.

Doors that will not close, dents in drywall, peeling bathroom caulk, and shelves that wobble under weight are typical triggers for a general repair call. Mention whether parts such as light fixtures, shelves, curtain rods, or cabinet hardware are already purchased or will need to be picked up before the visit. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.
