About Lumenarc Electric & Technologies

Lumenarc Electric & Technologies provides hardwood floor installation in Saint John, IN. A team of 4, the business has been operating for 26 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Saint John include unfinished floors finished on site, transition strips and thresholds, old carpet removal before install, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors and engineered hardwood over concrete. Lumenarc Electric & Technologies is also listed for carpet cleaning, carpet installation, commercial carpet cleaning and commercial cleaning.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Besides Saint John, homeowners in Dyer, Schererville and Cedar Lake can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Venmo. Request a quote from Lumenarc Electric & Technologies on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
