About Luz Cleaning Services-Serious inquiries only

Luz Cleaning Services-Serious inquiries only is a house cleaning service serving Colorado Springs, CO. It has been in business for 3 years. Most homes in Colorado Springs fall into one of two patterns: a one-time deep clean to reset the house, followed by recurring visits that keep it at that level. The first visit usually takes the longest because built-up soap scum, grease, and dust need extra time. Later visits focus on maintenance and move faster.

Typical jobs for house cleaning in Colorado Springs include move-in cleans, interior window sill cleaning, floor vacuuming and mopping, move-out deep cleans and post-renovation dust removal.

Soap scum that will not come off the shower glass, dust on ceiling fans, and grease on cabinet fronts are common signs a home is due for a deep clean. Mention any extras wanted, such as inside the oven, inside the fridge, or interior windows, and note whether the clean is one-time or recurring. Recurring schedules, add-on tasks like inside appliances, pet hair, and move-out conditions all change the amount of time required, which is the main driver of the quote.

Customers in Colorado Springs and nearby areas such as Peyton, Manitou Springs and Monument can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, 12:00 am to 11:59 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Luz Cleaning Services-Serious inquiries only a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
