Madina

About Madina

Based in New York, NY, Madina works as a handyman. The business has been operating for 3 years. Most handyman calls start with a quick walkthrough of the task list, followed by a check of the tools and materials each item needs. Jobs are then worked in a sensible order, with dust control and cleanup at the end, leaving the homeowner with finished repairs instead of half-done weekend projects.

Typical jobs for handyman work in New York include cabinet hardware replacement, furniture assembly, small fence board repairs, baseboard and trim touch-ups and hanging shelves and mirrors. Madina is also listed for fitness equipment assembly and furniture assembly.

Doors that will not close, dents in drywall, peeling bathroom caulk, and shelves that wobble under weight are typical triggers for a general repair call. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.
