Main Street Design & Build

About Main Street Design & Build

Based in Lake Oswego, OR, Main Street Design & Build works as a tile contractor. A team of 10, the business has been operating for 5 years. A tile job in Lake Oswego usually begins with measuring and choosing a layout, then demolition of old surfaces down to a sound base. Tile is set, left to cure, grouted, and cleaned. Trim pieces, edge profiles, and sealing of natural stone or cement grout complete the job.

Typical jobs for tile installation in Lake Oswego include regrouting, shower wall tile, shower niche installation, tub surround tiling and bathroom floor tile. Main Street Design & Build is also listed for handyman and interior painting.

Kitchen or bath remodels, a dated backsplash, or a switch from carpet to a hard floor in an entry or mudroom commonly lead homeowners to hire a tile setter. Share room dimensions, the tile size and material chosen, and photos of the current surface. Note whether old tile must be removed before new work begins. Tile size, material, and pattern complexity drive labor on most tile jobs. Demolition, waterproofing, and substrate repair add to the scope and the price.

Besides Lake Oswego, homeowners in Portland, Tualatin and West Linn can reach out for tile installation. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Credit card, Square cash app and Venmo. To get started, send Main Street Design & Build a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
