Maintenance Man

About Maintenance Man

Based in Charleston, SC, Maintenance Man works as a handyman service. It has been in business for 1 year. Around Charleston, homeowners often use handyman help for the in-between jobs: a door that no longer latches, a cracked tile near a threshold, a wobbly stair railing, or new hardware on old cabinets. The work tends to be quick, practical, and focused on making things function properly and look tidy again.

Common requests for handyman work include drywall patching, baseboard and trim touch-ups, replacing light fixtures, grab bar installation and ceiling fan swaps. Maintenance Man is also listed for cabinet installation, dishwasher installation, door repair and fitness equipment assembly.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. Mention whether parts such as light fixtures, shelves, curtain rods, or cabinet hardware are already purchased or will need to be picked up before the visit. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Credit card and Stripe. Request a quote from Maintenance Man on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
