Maintenance Men of MN

About Maintenance Men of MN

Based in Saint Paul, MN, Maintenance Men of MN works as a handyman. The business has been operating for 3 years. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

Common requests for handyman work include grab bar installation, drywall patching, weatherstripping doors, caulking tubs and sinks and ceiling fan swaps. Maintenance Men of MN is also listed for dishwasher installation, door repair, furniture assembly and interior painting.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.

Besides Saint Paul, homeowners in Cottage Grove, Newport and Saint Paul Park can reach out for handyman work. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit card, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Maintenance Men of MN a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
