Mal floors

About Mal floors

Based in Rockingham, NC, Mal floors works as a hardwood floor installer. The business has been operating for 6 years with a team of 2. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Rockingham include floating hardwood floors, subfloor leveling, baseboard and shoe molding reinstall, wide-plank flooring and stair tread and riser installation. Mal floors is also listed for carpet installation, hardwood floor refinishing and interior painting.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Rockingham, homeowners in Wagram, Laurinburg and Aberdeen can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 12:00 am to 11:59 pm.
