Marcel Andreea Hardwood Floor

About Marcel Andreea Hardwood Floor

Based in Grayslake, IL, Marcel Andreea Hardwood Floor works as a hardwood floor refinisher. The business has been operating for 16 years with a team of 2. Before any sanding in Grayslake, furniture comes out, adjoining rooms are sealed off, and dust containment goes up. After sanding and vacuuming, stain and finish coats go down with drying between each, and the rooms stay off limits until the finish has cured.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor refinishing in Grayslake include carpet adhesive residue removal, buffing out surface scratches, border and inlay refinishing, stain color change and pet stain board replacement.

Gray or bare spots in traffic areas, deep scratches, and a finish that no longer repels water are common signs floors need refinishing. Mention pets, when the rooms can be fully emptied, and whether you prefer a water-based or oil-based finish, if known. Buff and recoat jobs cost less than full sanding, while color changes, pet stain repairs, and furniture moving add to the total.

Besides Grayslake, homeowners in Round Lake, Round Lake Beach and Mundelein can reach out for hardwood floor refinishing. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Zelle. To get started, send Marcel Andreea Hardwood Floor a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
