About Maria Sousa Cleaning Services

Maria Sousa Cleaning Services provides house cleaning in San Mateo, CA. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 5 years. Most homes in San Mateo fall into one of two patterns: a one-time deep clean to reset the house, followed by recurring visits that keep it at that level. The first visit usually takes the longest because built-up soap scum, grease, and dust need extra time. Later visits focus on maintenance and move faster.

On their profile, Maria Sousa Cleaning Services lists cleaning type: standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move out cleaning and vacation rental cleaning; extra services: interior window cleaning, fridge cleaning, oven cleaning, laundry and baseboard cleaning; pets: houses with pets.

Soap scum that will not come off the shower glass, dust on ceiling fans, and grease on cabinet fronts are common signs a home is due for a deep clean. Mention any extras wanted, such as inside the oven, inside the fridge, or interior windows, and note whether the clean is one-time or recurring. Recurring schedules, add-on tasks like inside appliances, pet hair, and move-out conditions all change the amount of time required, which is the main driver of the quote.

Customers in San Mateo and nearby areas such as Burlingame, Foster City and Belmont can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Maria Sousa Cleaning Services a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
