MARIANA'S ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

About MARIANA'S ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

Based in Santa Fe, NM, MARIANA'S ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES works as a hardwood floor installer. The business has been operating for 11 years with a team of 5. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include baseboard and shoe molding reinstall, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, transition strips and thresholds, subfloor leveling and stair tread and riser installation. MARIANA'S ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES is also listed for hardwood floor refinishing.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Posted hours are Monday to Saturday, 12:00 am to 8:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Credit card, Square cash app and Zelle. Request a quote from MARIANA'S ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
