Mariner Property Services

About Mariner Property Services

Mariner Property Services is a handyman service serving Castine, ME. It has been in business for 1 year. Most handyman calls start with a quick walkthrough of the task list, followed by a check of the tools and materials each item needs. Jobs are then worked in a sensible order, with dust control and cleanup at the end, leaving the homeowner with finished repairs instead of half-done weekend projects.

Typical jobs for handyman work in Castine include loose door hinge repair, small fence board repairs, replacing light fixtures, caulking tubs and sinks and ceiling fan swaps. Mariner Property Services is also listed for cabinet installation, dishwasher installation, door repair and fitness equipment assembly.

Doors that will not close, dents in drywall, peeling bathroom caulk, and shelves that wobble under weight are typical triggers for a general repair call. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.

Customers in Castine and nearby areas such as Holden can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Credit card. To get started, send Mariner Property Services a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
