Master Floor Installations

About Master Floor Installations

Master Floor Installations is a hardwood floor installer serving Menlo Park, CA. A team of 4, the business has been operating for 9 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include subfloor leveling, engineered hardwood over concrete, old carpet removal before install, unfinished floors finished on site and wide-plank flooring. Master Floor Installations is also listed for hardwood floor refinishing.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Besides Menlo Park, homeowners in Atherton, Redwood City and East Palo Alto can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, PayPal, Square cash app and Zelle. Request a quote from Master Floor Installations on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
