Matt DeCovich

About Matt DeCovich

Based in Saint Paul, MN, Matt DeCovich works as a handyman service. The business has been operating for 3 years. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

Common requests for handyman work include grab bar installation, small fence board repairs, ceiling fan swaps, furniture assembly and weatherstripping doors. Matt DeCovich is also listed for dishwasher installation, furniture assembly and garbage disposal repair.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Customers in Saint Paul and nearby areas such as Cottage Grove, Newport and Saint Paul Park can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday and Wednesday, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash and Venmo. To get started, send Matt DeCovich a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
