About MAXX Elite Contractor Services

MAXX Elite Contractor Services provides hardwood floor installation in Kersey, CO. The business has been operating for 6 years with a team of 4. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Kersey include old carpet removal before install, engineered hardwood over concrete, herringbone pattern floors, solid oak plank installation and wide-plank flooring. MAXX Elite Contractor Services is also listed for exterior painting, furniture assembly, handyman and interior painting.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Besides Kersey, homeowners in Evans, Eaton and Greeley can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Credit card, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send MAXX Elite Contractor Services a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
