About Metro Flooring LLC

Metro Flooring LLC is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Des Moines, IA. It has been in business for 1 year. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

On their profile, Metro Flooring LLC lists install type: laminate, linoleum, luxury vinyl flooring, engineered hardwood and solid wood; property type: residential and commercial. Metro Flooring LLC is also listed for carpet installation and hardwood floor refinishing.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Des Moines, homeowners in West Des Moines, Pleasant Hill and Norwalk can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Venmo. Request a quote from Metro Flooring LLC on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
