Mikhail Belov

About Mikhail Belov

Based in Loomis, CA, Mikhail Belov works as a tile contractor. A team of 10, the business has been operating for 13 years. Tile work covers floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers. The installer prepares a flat, stable substrate, lays out the pattern to balance cuts at each wall, sets tile in thinset mortar, and finishes with grout and flexible caulk at inside corners and changes of plane where movement happens.

Common requests for tile installation include shower niche installation, kitchen backsplashes, shower wall tile, regrouting and large-format porcelain floors.

Cracked or loose tiles, crumbling grout, or water getting behind a shower wall are signs that tile needs repair or replacement before the damage spreads. Mention whether tile is already purchased, the planned height of wall tile, and whether the floor is a concrete slab or wood framing. Tile size, material, and pattern complexity drive labor on most tile jobs. Demolition, waterproofing, and substrate repair add to the scope and the price.

Besides Loomis, homeowners in Granite Bay, Newcastle and Rocklin can reach out for tile installation. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Credit card, PayPal and Square cash app. To get started, send Mikhail Belov a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
