Move In Stuff

About Move In Stuff

Based in Houston, TX, Move In Stuff works as a handyman. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 5 years. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

Common requests for handyman work include drywall patching, mounting televisions, hanging shelves and mirrors, grab bar installation and small fence board repairs. Move In Stuff is also listed for cabinet installation, fitness equipment assembly, furniture assembly and garbage disposal repair.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Besides Houston, homeowners in Katy, Cypress and Bellaire can reach out for handyman work. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Square cash app and Zelle. To get started, send Move In Stuff a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
