Mr. Burian

About Mr. Burian

Based in Brooklyn, NY, Mr. Burian works as a handyman. The business has been operating for 3 years. Most handyman calls start with a quick walkthrough of the task list, followed by a check of the tools and materials each item needs. Jobs are then worked in a sensible order, with dust control and cleanup at the end, leaving the homeowner with finished repairs instead of half-done weekend projects.

On their profile, Mr. Burian lists project type: repairs, installation, maintenance, assembly and painting; estimated hours: less than 2 hours of work; work focus: doors, windows, interior walls, exterior walls and gutters; property type: residential. Mr. Burian is also listed for house cleaning.

Moving in, preparing a home for sale, or getting ready for holiday guests often surfaces loose fixtures, scuffed walls, dripping caulk lines, and doors that stick. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Besides Brooklyn, homeowners in Staten Island, Rockaway Park and Manhattan can reach out for handyman work. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. To get started, send Mr. Burian a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
