MyFloor

About MyFloor

Based in Long Branch, NJ, MyFloor works as a hardwood flooring contractor. The business has been operating for 4 years with a team of 10. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Long Branch include nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, transition strips and thresholds, old carpet removal before install, solid oak plank installation and stair tread and riser installation. MyFloor is also listed for carpet installation, countertop installation and hardwood floor refinishing.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Long Branch, homeowners in West Long Branch, Oakhurst and Shrewsbury can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Request a quote from MyFloor on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
