About Neco’s company
Neco’s company is a floor refinishing contractor serving Beverly, NJ. The business has been operating for 4 years with a team of 6. Before any sanding in Beverly, furniture comes out, adjoining rooms are sealed off, and dust containment goes up. After sanding and vacuuming, stain and finish coats go down with drying between each, and the rooms stay off limits until the finish has cured.
Common requests for hardwood floor refinishing include sanding and refinishing oak floors, stain color change, pet stain board replacement, buffing out surface scratches and border and inlay refinishing. Neco’s company is also listed for house cleaning and interior painting.
Homeowners often refinish when uncovering hardwood under old carpet, changing the floor color, or preparing a house for sale or new occupants. Describe the current finish and color, the look you want, and any boards with deep stains, cracks, or water damage. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs.
