About Norfolk floor service

Norfolk floor service provides hardwood floor refinishing in Milton, MA. A team of 4, the business has been operating for 19 years. Before any sanding in Milton, furniture comes out, adjoining rooms are sealed off, and dust containment goes up. After sanding and vacuuming, stain and finish coats go down with drying between each, and the rooms stay off limits until the finish has cured.

On their profile, Norfolk floor service lists special features of current flooring: irregular shape, stairs, radiant floor heating and floor fixtures; property type: residential and commercial.

Homeowners often refinish when uncovering hardwood under old carpet, changing the floor color, or preparing a house for sale or new occupants. Share the square footage of each room, photos of the worn areas, and whether stairs or landings are included in the project. Buff and recoat jobs cost less than full sanding, while color changes, pet stain repairs, and furniture moving add to the total.

Besides Milton, homeowners in Hyde Park, Mattapan and Dorchester Center can reach out for hardwood floor refinishing. Request a quote from Norfolk floor service on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
