About OA Apex

OA Apex is a house cleaner serving Colorado Springs, CO. A team of 15, the business has been operating for 2 years. On a typical visit, the cleaner walks through the home first to confirm priorities and any rooms to skip. Supplies and equipment usually come with the cleaner, though homeowners can request specific products for sensitive surfaces or allergies. The result is a home where the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are clean and open surfaces are dusted.

Typical jobs for house cleaning in Colorado Springs include bathroom tile and grout scrubbing, inside refrigerator cleaning, biweekly maintenance cleaning, shower glass descaling and move-in cleans. OA Apex is also listed for commercial cleaning, floor cleaning and window cleaning.

Soap scum that will not come off the shower glass, dust on ceiling fans, and grease on cabinet fronts are common signs a home is due for a deep clean. Explain how the cleaner will get in, where to park, and whether anyone will be home, plus any surfaces like marble or hardwood that need specific products. Recurring schedules, add-on tasks like inside appliances, pet hair, and move-out conditions all change the amount of time required, which is the main driver of the quote.

Customers in Colorado Springs and nearby areas such as Peyton, Manitou Springs and Monument can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, PayPal, Square cash app and Zelle. To get started, send OA Apex a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
