OC Modern Floors

About OC Modern Floors

Based in Laguna Woods, CA, OC Modern Floors works as a hardwood flooring contractor. Homeowners choose between solid hardwood, which can be sanded many times, and engineered boards, which handle basements and concrete slabs better. The installer helps match product to the space, lets the wood acclimate inside the home, and plans layouts that avoid awkward slivers at doorways and hallways.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include subfloor leveling, herringbone pattern floors, wide-plank flooring, solid oak plank installation and engineered hardwood over concrete. OC Modern Floors is also listed for carpet installation, countertop installation and hardwood floor refinishing.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Laguna Woods, homeowners in Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo and Mission Viejo can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit card and PayPal. Request a quote from OC Modern Floors on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
