OG Construction

About OG Construction

Based in Windermere, FL, OG Construction works as a hardwood floor installer. The business has been operating for 11 years with a team of 6. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, unfinished floors finished on site, solid oak plank installation, herringbone pattern floors and engineered hardwood over concrete. OG Construction is also listed for cabinet installation, handyman and interior painting.

Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Windermere, homeowners in Gotha, Winter Garden and Ocoee can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Credit card, PayPal and Zelle. Request a quote from OG Construction on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
